What format are the photos in?
All MyBlueSkyPics.com photos are in JPG format.

When will my photos be available?
Your photos will be available within 48 hours of your skydive.  If you cannot locate your photos, please contact us using the "Contact Us" tab above.

How long will my photos be available?
Your photos will be viewable for 60 days.  If your photos are no longer on the website, but you would like the opportunity to purchase a photo, please contact us. We may still have your photos archived.

When can I download my digital copy?
Immediately, if you pay through Paypal.  If you pay by check or money order, you may download your photo as soon as the check clears.    

How can I make a Skydive too?
Call Skydive Greensburg at 1-800-Skydive to learn details or to make a reservation.  The MyBlueSkyPics.com photography team will be happy to capture every exciting moment of your experience.

Can I submit photos to sell?
We sell only photos taken by the Skydive Greensburg photography team. In the future we may consider this.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for digital downloads.  We may replace or refund the cost of a print lost or damaged during shipping at the discretion of MyBlueSkyPics.com.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the MyBlueSkyPics.com photos that I download?
Yes. While MyBlueSkyPics.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
